How long do lash extensions last?

Lash extensions last through the natural growth cycle of your lashes — typically 2 to 4 weeks before a fill is needed. We recommend fills every 2–3 weeks to keep your set looking full and fresh. With proper care and aftercare, your extensions will retain their shape and volume beautifully.

What should I do to prepare for my appointment?

Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes — no mascara, eye shadow, or eyeliner. Remove contact lenses before your appointment. Avoid curling your lashes the day before. If you’re getting extensions, we recommend showering beforehand as you’ll need to avoid water for 24–48 hours after your appointment.

Is a lash lift safe for my natural lashes?

Yes — when performed by a trained professional using quality products, a lash lift is completely safe for your natural lashes. We use gentle, professional-grade solutions and take care to protect the health of your lashes throughout the process.

How do I care for my lash extensions after the appointment?

Avoid water, steam, and sweat for the first 24–48 hours after your appointment. After that, cleanse your lashes regularly with a lash-safe cleanser, brush them gently each morning, and avoid oil-based products near the eye area. Sleep on a silk pillowcase if possible to reduce friction.

Do you offer a first-time client experience?

Absolutely. Every new client receives a complimentary consultation before their service so we can understand your goals, lifestyle, and eye shape. We want your first set to be exactly right — no guessing, no surprises, just beautiful results.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We understand life happens — please reach out as soon as possible if you need to adjust your appointment.
